HIDDEN LAKE CONDO ASSOCIATION
Our Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of five unit owners or their spouses who are elected by the members. The board members serve without compensation and are responsible for making reasonable decisions affecting the condominium property.

Board Meetings The Board meets at the clubhouse each month on the fourth Thursday of the month* and unit owners are welcome to attend and observe. If you wish to address the board, you may request to be placed on a meeting agenda to make a statement or request regarding a community issue. Please watch the gatehouse bulletin board for meeting dates and times, check the home page events listing or contact the property manager for meeting information. We ask that you be courteous and restrained about contacting board members individually about association matters. Board members are not employees and are not individually responsible for resolving association matters. If you have need of a repair or have any questions or concerns about the maintenance of condominium property, please direct them to the management company by phone, email or through the the forms provided on this website.
