2025 Major Projects Completed

Chimney Chase Covers: 30 Chimney Chase Covers replaced in buildings #4, #8, #9, #16, #18 for $30,000.

Laundry Room Updated: Laundry room updated with 6 washers and 6 dryers with credit card capability, painting, new ceiling tiles and carpet for approximately $5000.

Roof Replacement: The Clubhouse shingle roof replaced with a ridge vent, ice shield and fire-resistant shingles at a cost of $14,900. The 8 flat roofs sealed for $14,700 for a total cost of $29, 600.

Painting Balcony and Entryway Railings: Balcony and entryway railings painted in 5 buildings #12, #15, #16 , #17, #18 including cleaning and painting of rusty stair brackets for $23,000.

Entryway Concrete Landings: Concrete entryway landings repaired at 1407-09, 1212-14, 1199-1201, 1439-41,1445-47 and 1440-42 for approximately $15,500.

Mechanical Landings: 5 mechanical landings (air conditioner decks) were replaced at 1239-41, 1363-65, 1327-29, 1207-09, and 1299 for $20,000.

Two Carport Roofs Repaired and Sealed: Carport A (Cliff Court) and Carport B (above the pool) power washed and sealed with a 20 year metal seal warranty for $13.700.

Other Projects of Note: Other projects included fire hydrant/valve installation at building #1 $15,000, 7 parking lots striped $1,800, trash enclosure concrete pads $3,500, Clubhouse HVAC repairs $6,500, power washed tennis courts $1,575, pool fence preservative $1,785, tree preservation $28,000, John Deere motor $8,000, and $5000 for hydrophone water monitoring leak detection system.

 

MEMBER PORTAL LAUNCHED

A new, web-based member portal has been implemented by our management company, CMOC, for use by HLA members to view their member fees and finances. It can be found at condoofcolumbus.condoweb.app. Members must establish their accounts and sign in to view their status.
