The condo that you own or reside in generally consists of everything inside your perimeter walls, including your windows and doors. Although some areas outside your condo, such as balconies, are for your private use, everything outside your condo is owned by all condo owners in common, through the association which you, as a condo owner, are a member of.

Our association, Hidden Lake Association, Inc., is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of five owners or spouses, who are elected by the members. Your association meets at least once each year for the purpose of electing board members. You will be informed of any and all association meetings. Subscribed members of this website will be informed by email.

The reasonable maintenance of our roadways, street lighting, infrastructure such as water and sewer lines, refuse collection, and snow removal are the responsibility of the association, not the city, and the cost to maintain these common elements are included in our monthly fees.
